Planning a vacation can be very overwhelming, especially if you haven't travelled much, or if you haven't visited a particular destination before.

We suggest you jot your ideas down so that you have them all to hand later, when you contact us for your free, no-obligation quote! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Choose Your Destination

Would you like to visit Whistler, Sun Peaks, Panorama, or Revelstoke? How about a combination of two, three, or even all four, resorts? Would you like to spend a couple of nights in Vancouver, while you're in the area?

Choose Your Dates

Would you like to visit during the warmer months of summer, or would you prefer to enjoy the snows of winter? Please give us your preferred arrival and departure dates, or at least let us know what month you'd like to visit, and how long you'd like to stay.

Who'll Be Coming?

How many adults? Are they couples or singles? Any seniors (over 65)? How many children, and what will their ages be when you visit?

What's To Be Included?

Compass Tours can prebook most arrangements - accommodation, ground transportation, lift tickets, rental equipment, lessons, golf, winter and summer activities, dinner reservations, etc. Remember that there's less chance of disappointment if you book ahead!

What About Accommodation?

There are several factors that you need to consider when you're choosing your accommodation:

Location - The options include ski in/out, village area, on the free shuttle route (if applicable), or self-drive/taxi access. This is an important factor that can impact on your enjoyment of your Canadian mountain holiday, so choose wisely!

Quality/Style - Full-service deluxe hotels, smaller boutique lodges with personal service, self-catering lodges and condominiums/townhouses which range from clean-but-basic to luxurious, or a cosy bed-and-breakfast.

Amenities - What's an "absolutely must have" to make your holiday a success? A kitchen? A private hot tub? In-suite washer/dryer? A heated pool? Fitness facilities?

Budget - Is quality more important to you than cost? Would something middle-of-the-range be fine? Or are you on a tight budget? To get an idea of what to expect with regard to prices, please visit our sample package web pages for Whistler, Sun Peaks, Panorama, and Revelstoke.

Please be aware that we're unable to assist with packages that exclude accommodation unless the services requested are for at least four participants. In this case, a non-refundable deposit to the value of 50% of each person's arrangements will be required upon confirmation. Packages that exclude accommodation are 100% non-refundable after full payment has been received 45 days prior to arrival.

THE QUOTING PROCESS

Once we've got the necessary information, we'll check availability of accommodation and, usually within 24 hours, provide you with your free, customized, no-obligation quote. We'll send the quote to you via email. Quotes are sent in writing only - this is to ensure that our clients have all the relevant information right at their fingertips, and avoids misunderstandings.

Quotes will include the various accommodation options, plus any activities and services that you have requested, along with links to our booking policies and payment policies pages. You can then study the information at your leisure, and are free to share it with your fellow travelers!

Please be aware that accommodations and services are available at the time of quoting but that space will not be "held" until the reservation is confirmed by the property manager and secured by your deposit.

The sooner you book the better chance you have of confirming your first choice!

We're happy to quote as often as it takes to ensure that the package you choose is tailored to exactly match your needs!

MAKE A RESERVATION

Now that you've chosen the package that best suits you, its time to make a reservation!

You will be sent a booking agreement and asked to give us your full contact details, so that we can make a reservation on your behalf. By signing this document, you (and, by association, your whole party) will be confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted our booking and payment policies as provided on our website.

Please be assured that your personal information will not be divulged to any third party without permission.

Additional details about your party will be required at a later date for the reservation of activities, eg: for ski/snowboard school we'll need children's full names, dates of birth and ability levels, while for adults we just need names and ability levels. We'll get this information from you, when we need it.

CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT

Once we've received written confirmation of the accommodation portion of your package, the deposit payment will be due. All other services will also be confirmed as soon as possible.

We accept major credit cards and direct deposit payments via PayPal. This secure online method of payment means that you do not have to transmit your credit card information to us at all! The details go directly to PayPal, which is renowned internationally as a secure online payment system.

A confirmation package will be sent to you at this time. This will include your confirmation letter, relevant brochures and maps, a detailed invoice, and a statement reflecting the deposit payment.

Confirmation details will also be emailed to you.

FINAL PAYMENT & DOCUMENTATION

We will remind you in good time, when the balance of payment is due so that you can make the necessary remittance via PayPal.

Once receipt of the total outstanding amount has been confirmed, your arrival pack will be prepared and forwarded to you via mail. This will include your detailed itinerary (which will include check-in instructions, addresses, etc), vouchers for all prepaid services, final invoice and statement, etc. The itinerary will also be emailed to you, so that you have all the relevant information on hand as soon as full payment has been processed.

Please be sure to study the itinerary details carefully to ensure that everything is as it should be, and let us know immediately if there are any discrepancies!
